A seasoned entrepreneur, Ken brings more than two decades of experience to Digital Swell. Prior to Digital Swell, Ken founded Real Travel, an online travel company that was named Best of the Web by Forbes, BusinessWeek and the Association of Travel Marketing Executives. Acquired in 2010, RealTravel helps millions of people plan their trips each year. Before Real Travel, Ken founded Full Degree, a successful Product Information Management company that was acquired in 2004. Previous to Full Degree, Ken was head of business development at AdForce, a leading, publicly traded, Internet ad serving company. Earlier in his career, Ken led a team of business development professionals at PricewaterhouseCoopers specializing in the formation of technology-based strategic alliances, was the Managing Director of an established professional service practice and held various management positions for Toronto Dominion Bank, one of Canada's largest financial institutions. Ken earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from York University in Canada.
Sandeep brings twenty years of technology and management expertise to Digital Swell with leadership experience as a technologist and an entrepreneur. Prior to founding Digital Swell, Sandeep was Vice President of Engineering at Tumri, the leader in dynamic creative optimization technology. Earlier, Sandeep co-founded and led engineering and technology at Full Degree / Amphire. Prior to Full Degree, Sandeep founded StarPoint, Inc. (which later became part of CMGI/AdForce), an ad-serving company delivering over a billion transactions a day. At CMGI/AdForce, Sandeep served as the Vice President of Technology and the Chief Architect responsible for the company's core technology, architecture, and strategic technology initiatives. Before CMGI/AdForce, Sandeep led a large team of engineers in systems design, project management, and release coordination at Verity, Inc. Sandeep also founded Omkar Software, an engineering consulting company providing operating systems and networking expertise for such clients as Taligent, Sony, and Integrated Systems.
